Bracchi has taken a significant step forward in its international growth journey with the acquisition of the Dutch companies VIM and Greenway Logistics, two leading supply chain management providers for the fashion, sportswear, luxury, and lifestyle sectors across Northern Europe.

VIM, Specialized in Integrated 3PL Services

VIM operates as an integrated third-party logistics (3PL) provider, offering a comprehensive range of services that includes inbound transportation, warehouse management, storage, handling, and outbound distribution. The company follows a structured one-stop-shop model designed to support brands operating in the fashion & lifestyle industry.

Greenway Logistics: Procurement and Strategic Consulting

Greenway Logistics provides procurement and consulting services for express, air, sea, and road freight shipments. By aggregating customer demand, the company delivers modular solutions including freight consolidation, compliance management, and carbon emissions monitoring, helping clients optimize their supply chains while supporting sustainability objectives.

Venlo’s strategic location, on the border between Germany and Belgium, benefits from an integrated multimodal transport network that includes high-capacity road infrastructure, major rail hubs, and direct inland waterway connections to the Port of Rotterdam.
