A strategic training plan to face the challenges of the future

Bracchi is proud to present the new Digital, Green & Soft Skills Program, a training project designed to support the company and its people along the path of technological and organizational evolution that is transforming the world of logistics.

The initiative aims to strengthen the digital, green, and interpersonal skills of our teams, promoting a culture of sustainable innovation and shared growth.

This project is part of the Fondo Nuove Competenze – “Competenze per le innovazioni”, a Europe 27 strategic initiative under the National Program “Youth, Women and Work” 2021–2027, co-funded by the European Union.

The training program is structured around three main development areas:

🌱 Green Skills – Sustainability and environmental responsibility

💡 Soft Skills – Communication, collaboration, and leadership
