“Track & Tracing” allows you to follow shipments step by step, until the delivery. This online, dedicated and real time service is joined to a customer service with available staff members for any information or doubt.

You can login with a password sent to a specific person in your company and editable in any moment to protect your privacy and your data. Once you logged in, you can enter different search keys and see updated statistics on your shipment status.

CAREFREE INSURANCE

ALL-RISK INSURANCE

We provide our customers with an “All Risk” insurance service, this solution offers the best goods protection. “All-risk” is an additional insurance policy that must be requested during the order confirmation process.

Bracchi embraces this philosophy, because it allows to have a wide variety of different agreed services within a single contract.

The policy is aimed at guaranteeing a carefree delivery to our clients by integrating basic insurance related to transport services.

DELIVERY NOTICE SERVICE

The notice of delivery is one of the delivery service, more specifically it anticipates the delivery of the product. The most used pre-alert systems are:

  • Sms
  • Calls
  • Mail

Once that addressee and supplier agreed on place and date of delivery, other conversations between the two will be about transport, notice of delivery and delivery.

The notice is useful to communicate to the addressee that goods are arriving, in order to be prepared to receive the goods and unload them correctly and in the safest way possible.

Bracchi can constantly track the shipment through satellite monitoring, to guarantee the best care of the goods before, during and after the delivery.

EASY ONLINE SERVICE 

PROOF OF DELIVERY

The P.O.D. is the “proof of delivery” and it can be seen online.

This service allows you to verify the delivery in a simple, fast and complete way.

Online P.O.D. will report addressee signature, delivery date and time and the name of the person that received the shipment.

It is an official and certificated proof of delivery from the carrier, that the client can file like a proof of the successful transport.

CUSTOMIZED PACKAGING AND ASSEMBLY

Among our services, there are all those activities linked to the goods collection, assembly, packaging and reconditioning for the shipment.

Our Pick & Pack services offer the chance to easily and centrally handle the batch, document creation and transport organization processes.

  • Self-crane: literally cranes that can be driven. This service allows you to realize heavy material important transports. They can move heavy goods.
  • Lowered trailer or semi-trailer: the lowered trailer allows to load very high products.
  • Mega trailer: it is an higher trailer than a normal one. It can be 3 meters high, it is 8cm wider and 30cm higher than a normal trailer.
