Bracchi continues its growth journey with a new milestone: the acquisition of Festa Logistics.
This transaction marks Bracchi’s third acquisition in 2026, following the integration of Rostock Trans in Germany and VIM & Greenway Logistics in the Netherlands. It further confirms the Group’s long-term growth strategy, already strengthened by the acquisition of Mateco in 2024.
Through this acquisition, Bracchi further reinforces its presence across key European markets while expanding its expertise in transport and integrated logistics. The goal is to provide customers with increasingly comprehensive, efficient, and value-added supply chain solutions.

Festa Trasporti & Logistica is a well-established player in the Italian logistics sector. Headquartered in Montichiari (Brescia), at the heart of one of Italy’s leading industrial and logistics hubs, the company has built a business model that seamlessly integrates transportation, distribution, and advanced logistics services.
Today, Festa employs more than 130 people, operates seven logistics hubs, and manages over 100,000 sqm of warehouse space. Thanks to this acquisition, Bracchi is expected to exceed €300 million in revenue in 2026, employ more than 850 people, and reach a total logistics capacity of approximately 600,000 sqm.
