Bracchi continues its growth journey with a new milestone: the acquisition of Festa Logistics<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This transaction marks Bracchi\u2019s third acquisition in 2026, following the integration of Rostock Trans<\/strong> in Germany and VIM & Greenway Logistics<\/strong> in the Netherlands. It further confirms the Group\u2019s long-term growth strategy, already strengthened by the acquisition of Mateco in 2024.<\/p>\n

Through this acquisition, Bracchi further reinforces its presence across key European markets while expanding its expertise in transport and integrated logistics. The goal is to provide customers with increasingly comprehensive, efficient, and value-added supply chain solutions.<\/p>\n

About Festa Logistics<\/strong><\/p>\n

Festa Trasporti & Logistica is a well-established player in the Italian logistics sector. Headquartered in Montichiari (Brescia), at the heart of one of Italy\u2019s leading industrial and logistics hubs, the company has built a business model that seamlessly integrates transportation, distribution, and advanced logistics services.<\/p>\n

Today, Festa employs more than 130 people, operates seven logistics hubs, and manages over 100,000 sqm of warehouse space. Its fleet includes more than 60 Euro 6 vehicles, supporting a wide range of services including transportation, pallet distribution, warehousing, and value-added solutions tailored to industrial customers.<\/p>\n

A key strength of Festa is its strong focus on innovation. Its logistics operations are supported by advanced digital systems and an automated AutoStore DEMATIC platform featuring 16,000 bins and 10 robots, ensuring high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and operational scalability.<\/p>\n

A Growing and Stronger Group<\/strong><\/p>\n

The addition of Festa Logistics further strengthens the Group\u2019s capabilities and reinforces Bracchi\u2019s presence in the Italian market, bringing complementary expertise and a strategic logistics platform in one of the country\u2019s most dynamic industrial areas.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this acquisition, Bracchi is expected to exceed \u20ac300 million in revenue in 2026, employ more than 850 people, and reach a total logistics capacity of approximately 600,000 sqm.<\/p>\n
